My Fellow College Republicans,

As we draw nearer to Election Day 2004 it is essential for each and every one of us to continue to strengthen and grow our individual chapters, and our state federation. The 2004 Election Cycle will prove to be a grueling challenge, but as in the past, we will prevail with the re-elections of President George W. Bush and Senator Kit Bond, the election of a new governor, and a slue of other republican candidates.

To do this we must remain vigilant and maintain an impeccable work ethic to build our grassroots organization. The leadership of the MFCR is working hard alongside of our campus leaders to initiate a Total Outreach Program, with both a Minority and Women's Director. We are also planning to engage our fellow students in our state's High Schools by expanding the High School Republicans. To follow through with these plans, we need YOUR help! We must have open lines of communication and dedication from all of our members; that is why we have added a forum to our website, and we will be having our first ever online state meeting to discuss pertinent issues pertaining to you.

Again, the MFCR Leadership is here to assist you the students of Missouri. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know. This means anything as small as getting us the contact info for a Republican student at a university or high school, helping out with campaign work, and attending events.

Thanks and God Bless,
G. Daniel Porter

The Chairman's Message is a monthly letter written to all Missouri College Republicans. Through this message, the Chairman will highlight events taking place that week, give you information about what's happening in Washington, and inform you of any thing that you can do to further the Republican cause.
